One Response to Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams on the abuse scandal in the Irish Catholic Church

  1. ANNA PEARSON says:

I feel that Dr. Rowan WILLIAM’S comments were quite unhelpful at a time like this. He has more than enough to do to look after his dwingling flock,as many of his followers (INCLUDING VICARS) HAVE COME OVER TO THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. No, priests are not afraid to go out in public with their collar on,quite the reverse.Perhaps your ignorance on the child abuse issue does not help. You must remember that 1-2% of priests were involved in this dreadful crime.
It is not the first time you have made contraversal comments without first looking at your position.

    sincerely,
    Anna pearson
