Good for the Archdiocese of LA

Bruce Tamaso in The Dallas Morning News Religion blog:

mah2-thumb-250x186-35750 Cardinal Roger Mahony (right), head of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, wants nothing to do with Richard Williamson, the ultra-conservative British bishop whose views on the Holocaust have drawn harsh criticism from the Vatican, and the wrath of people worldwide.

In a commentary for The Jewish Journal — co-authored by a rabbi and an executive of the American Jewish Committee — Mahony says Williamson "is hereby banned from entering any Catholic church, school or other facility [in the LA archdiocese] until he and his group comply fully and unequivocally with the Vatican’s directives regarding the Holocaust."
